Age 58, of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 11, 2022. Blake was born on December 13, 1963. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Mary Ann Capo, in May of 2018. Blake is survived by his stepfather, Frank Capo Sr., his siblings; Frank Chytil, Tony Capo (Tonya), William Capo (Jennifer), Frank Capo Jr. (Mary Ann), and Theresa Capo, his many nieces and nephews, some of which include; Adam Chytil, Timothy Barbour Jr., Cody Barbour, Jacob Potts, Alexis Barbour, Michael Capo, Daniel Capo, and Steven Capo. He was also a great uncle to three little boys; Cooper, Colton, and Logan.

Blake was loved by everyone and anyone that crossed paths with him would express how much of a joy he was to be around. Blake will be greatly missed by all.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 2-4pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 3:30pm.
