Peacefully passed on Saturday, July 10, 2021. Wife of the late Joseph R. Seibel. Loving Mother of Susan (Ron) Frank, Lynne (John) Baker, Joe (the late Debbie) Seibel and the late Jeffrey Seibel. Grandmother of Brian (Lindsay) Frank, Kimberly (Joshua) White, John (Jacquelyn) Baker, Alyssa (Fiance Alexander Paris) Baker, Gary (Corrie) Klobchar, David (Jessica) Klobchar, and Melissa (Dean) Naccarato. Also survived by twelve great-grandchildren. Sister of Charles Moore and the late Wesley Moore.

Arlene, “Chuney” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, will be missed dearly. Chuney cherished her time with them all, especially their yearly trips to Pymatuning, where she enjoyed playing board games, especially Scrabble.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 3-7 p.m. at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Nathan Beard officiating. Following the service, Arlene will be laid to rest next to her husband, Joseph, at Robinson Run Cemetery.
