From the Carnegie Police Department:
The Carnegie Police Department, with great sorrow, announces the passing of former Mayor and Council Man Thomas C. Snyder Senior. Tom was an exceptional public servant and business owner in Carnegie and a great supporter of the Carnegie Police Department. You will never meet a nicer guy willing to do anything for you. Tom was a Marine and served in Vietnam. There is no doubt Tom will continue to watch over the CPD in heaven. Rest in peace.
