On Thursday, January 25, 2018, of Collier Twp. Frank was born January 26, 1924. He was the son and the last of eight children born to the late Joseph and Anna Phillips. Mr. Phillips was a veteran, having served in WWII. He is a Purple Heart recipient for a wound received during his military service in Europe. In addition to being predeceased by his mother and father, he was predeceased by seven siblings, Mary Subasky, Nellie Louden, Josephine Rosser, Catherine Pinto, Florence Eckles, Michael and Stanley Phillips. He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. At Mr. Phillips' request, there were no visitations. Private burial at Chartiers Cemetery. Arrangements by SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC.
